 Casey McPhillips

Fueled by her love of her craft, Casey, a New Jersey transplant, has set down roots in Jacksonville as part of the Professional Stylist Team at Picasso Day Spa & Salon.  A master stylist, make-up artist, and creative director, she uses her seasoned skill-set to create a truly unique beauty experience for her clients.

Her training started at the renowned Rizzieri Aveda School for Beauty and Wellness in 2003 under the direction of the noted Rizzieri Family. Not only does Casey have a passion for hair, but also makeup. She trained under the well known makeup artist, Ana Marie Rizzieri, in 2005. Since then she has worked with numerous professional makeup lines, but her favorite is Jane Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, sold at Picasso. Casey’s education also includes a variety of color and cutting classes provided by Wella and Sebastian educators from all over the country.

Casey is also certified in both Bio Ionic Retex and Kera Smooth Straightening treatments, which are very popular in Florida. She is currently training with the Sebastian Styling Team with the hope of becoming an educator for Sebastian. She trains at Studio L.A. in Los Angeles with the top stylists from the Sebastian Styling Team twice a year as part of her commitment to this program. While working behind the chair fulltime at Picasso, she is also assisting the salon’s management team with continuing education in the current trends in hair and make-up.
